- All original tags and labels must remain attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we may offer:

- Store credit
- Or a refund to your original payment method
Please note that returns sent back without original packaging, labels, or tags may be subject to a 10% deduction from the final refund amount.
If you are exchanging an item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong product was sent or there was an issue caused by our team.

ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS?
Customized and personalized products cannot usually be returned.
The term “personalized products” includes:
- Apparel with custom names or numbers
- Customized text
- Personalized design requests
- Special printed products
- Custom-made orders
Products featuring customer-requested personalization are considered final sale unless:
- The item arrives defective
- The wrong customization was produced
- A production error occurred on our side
If a personalized item is approved for return under exceptional circumstances:
- Exchange requests may require an additional customization fee
- Refunds may exclude original customization costs

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Please ensure:
- All original tags remain attached
- Original packaging is included
- The item is safely packed for return shipping
Inside the return package, please include:
- Your order number
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
- The reason for your return
Returns sent without prior customer service approval may experience delays in processing.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within:
- 5 working days for domestic orders
- 10 working days for international orders
